Just got off a Skype video call with Nathalie and Michel in Grenoble and Ghislaine in Cogny. Ain't life grand! We discussed the very beginnings of a plan for the week at Cogny as well as the two days and one night in Lyon. Ghislaine is going to look into ground transportation for what looks like a dozen of us. She is also going to get us a rough estimate on the costs involved for the night in Lyon, the hammam spa visit, transportation and the week at her place. We aren't sure how to transfer money, but the next step is to make a deposit to hold the gite and 3 rooms for our week in May. Meanwhile, here is a link that Michel Fraisse sent about the Fete des Crus, which will be one of our weekend highlights.He said that it is in French but that there is a video at the site that you don't need French to understand.
