Catching Up--12/8

We never actually spoke to Joe on his birthday though it is still his birthday back in the US even though it is almost noon on Monday here. Som, Eileen and I went out to lunch to a spot up the beach and the food was delicious and beautiful. Fish Curry served in a coconut, chicken coconut soup, crab cakes and prawns and we all had green coconuts to drink. The good life!
