Outdoor Market Kamala--12/5

Som guides us through a lunch downtown and we stop by to marvel at fancy French pastries at Lafayette but are too full to try any.
We drop off the men and Som, Eileen and I head to the outdoor market for shopping for her ladies luncheon the next day. Many many types of seafood, including the dreaded green lipped mussels that I have a terrible reaction to and avoid at all cost. I was afraid to even look at them too long--though they were fascinating. Eileen proved a good shopper, though she liked to rub the tomatoes on her cheeks which is not what the purveyors love to see. But Som was shopping so they tolerated.
